Computer has been a call of change. It is inevitable and the contribution it produces will make a positive change in our lives. Technology is the propelling power that brought the lighting speed with which sound and communication travel, the flight from one point to another in record time and the readily available tools and gadgets. Making all computerized in terms of transportation, communication, facilities, and even tools for manual usage have develop as it make everything at ease and just.
One of the most advanced applications in PC nowadays is the Adobe Photoshop CS3 in which it is used as a tool for making logo and designing graphics. It can provide an easier and fast way to have an artistic output instead of using pencil and paper. This will help to render a more attractive and technology-powered designs.
In order to understand more on what the Adobe Photoshop CS3 can do in an on-hand works of art, the Group 1 BSCS students conducted a seminar-workshop about the application. The said activity was participated by forty 3rd year students of BSCS, BSIT, and BSIS last December 10, 2011 at Computer Laboratory 2 Robert Sullivan Building of Notre Dame of Midsayap College where 40 computer units accommodated the whole one-day seminar-workshop.
At the end of the seminar-workshop, the participants had learned and familiarized the different functions and tools of Adobe Photoshop CS3 and we’re able to make logo and design graphics as output of the Seminar-Workshop conducted..

e-Logo Making and Graphics Designing Seminar-Workshop
Program Goal:
To train participants on how to use Adobe Photoshop CS3 in making logo and designing graphics.
Program Objectives:
At the end of 8hrs training, the 40 3rd year students of BSCS, BSIT and BSIS will be able to:
a) Identify the different tools and function of Adobe Photoshop CS3.
b) Use the different tool in modifying and designing picture for graphics.
c) Create a logo and graphics design.
The e-Logo Making and Graphics Designing Seminar-Workshop was held last December 10,2011 at the Computer Laboratory 2 of the Fr. Sullivan Building. It was sponsored by the BSCS third year Group 1 students.
